I have asked koolkid on several occasions publically and by PM to explain this comment . He has ignored and refused to answer me .

I have asked the poker mod dub13 to deal with this on more than one occasion and he too has refused to reply to me .

If someone from the help desk could please pm me i would rather discuss this offline.
