JITZ CLUBS CITY CENTRE

    A friend of mine is looking into starting some Jitz and was hoping to find a club with a fair share of females in attendance. She's female herself and didn't want to end up in a sausage factory.
    Any help much appreciated :)

    Ugh I hate the word Jitz... Although there isnt many females doing Brazilian Jiujitsu,most clubs still have a few. But training with men shouldn't stop her if she wants to participate in the sport. After all,any of the top grapplers in the country or the world didnt get there from shying away from training with men. But its up to her and whatever she is comfortable with.

    As for City Centre...I think the Morcegao Sapo Team is in the city centre,look them up. :)

    Try Kokoro Gym there based in the city centre but im not sure if they do ladies classes

    Trained with the bjj coach Tony souza here a couple Of times. In the city centre and top notch bjj instruction.

    I think it's all nogi though.
