    Hi Guys,

I just need some advice, no idea where to go with this at the minute.
Unlike most the people on here I'm on the other end of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board's claims process.

I recieved a registered letter yesterday from the PIAB regarding a car accident I had 18 months ago. It was fairly standard as much as I can gather re medical expenses etc and I have no intention of contesting it. It states I have 90 days to reply. I had fully comp insurance at the time of the accident.

I suppose the question is who do I contact about this to resolve this issue.
I have contacted my solicitor but he is out of the office today and I just want some reassurance until I can contact him. Do I have to contact my insurance company myself and would the liability be covered by my insurance or am I personally liable for the financial settlement?

Nothing like this has ever happened to me before so i suppose I'm just really nervous.

Thanks, didn't mean to go on for so long!
