    Hello,

I have done 4 sprint tris this year, and need a lot of work on my bike. I'm averaging around the 41 min mark for the 20k. I think a cycle club will give me some stucture etc on my cycling over the Winter.
Is anyone a member of this club and if so how do they find it ?

I was a member for a couple of years about 4/5 years ago. I'd definitely recommend them. Back in the day the winter cycles started from dundrum and phoenix park on alternate weeks, spins 3-4 hours at an easy pace. Coming up to march/April they split into groups of different abilities and do some faster up and over work. They also have a very good handicaped club league involving other clubs.

Riding with a group is definitely easier (physically and mentally). Have you looked into joining a tri club though? All the Dublin ones do similar spins over the winter and more tri specific work then closer to the season start plus you'd get to know alot more triathletes which can only make your exeperience of triathlon more enjoyable (probably!)
