    Just throwing this out here to get a feel of what people would think of this idea, nothing set in concrete as of yet simply an avenue I'm considering after I finish College;

    May - Sept: J1 in Chicago
    Sept - Oct: Rugby World Cup in New Zealand
    Oct - Nov: Australia
    Nov - Dec: ?????

    Back home for xmas 2011.

    Its the Australia and ????? bit's I'm a bit sketchy about.

    Anyway, just said I'd put it out there for a feeler on what the more travelled aongst us would think.

    USA/NZ/Oz for 6 months will require enormous amounts of money. How much have you got?

    Personally, I think you'd get more value/experience by making your way home via Asia/Indonesia as opposed to going to Oz. That would leave a lot of interesting possibilities imo.

    Totally agree with Breadmonkey. If you want to save money and see something a bit more interesting, stick to non-English speaking countries.

    But as for options after OZ; Malaysia, Philippines, India..
