What to look out for in a 2005 E Class

Im looking at a e220 CDI later, any tips on what i should be looking for, what are the main issues with these? Also, any idea what they are worth, this one is a 2005 220 CDI avantgarde, 65K miles, auto, leather with FSH . Thanks, X.
