    There's one outside the stock exchange in Frankfurt beside a bull statue. That could be it.

    The photo you showed is just taken from a different (i.e. low down) angle.

    There is a bear statue out side the stock exchange in dubin, it's in the ifsc.
    I think most of them have a bear outside them.
