I'm wondering if I get an Iphone in America that is unlocked will it work at home with my meteor simcard? I've been told it will but I want to be 100% sure

You cant get the iphone4 unlocked in America and its pretty difficult getting the 3gs second hand, so unless you try Canada or wait until the iphone becomes available in Europe its not really an option.
