    hi!!!

    im starting in UCD in september and i want to join the rugby club, i havent played competitively since school (five years), and i was just wondering if theres a chance to play at a level that doesnt require me to be an elite athlete :) as its going to take a while to get fit again... any help would be great,

    Freshers week in the sports centre, just go up to the rugby crowd and tell them you'd like to play, there's under 20s B and there's the J4, J4 is pretty good craic from what I gather.
