We're just before Northside Shopping Centre in Clonshaugh Ind Est, if you're taking the bus you get the 17A from Ballymun.

We have a 6 week BJJ beginners 'Gracie Basics' course on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm. You can start any Tues or Thurs and do your 6 weeks, so thats 12 classes for 75 euro.

We have a new 6 week beginners Aikido course starting on Monday the 9th August.

Boxing classes, Mauro takes all levels and the class is Wednesday at 7pm

You're more than welcome to come and watch a class, and we have some free classes coming in August.... have a look at our website www.defendu.ie

There's taekwondo in the ballymun comp I think, or in the gym.

These guys are/were starting up classes in the gym also. I don't know if it took off though.
