Sugar-related "hangovers"

On a whim of an invite from my Benneton colleagues from work, I decided id take a trip to see the Arts fest in Galway on Saturday. Seeing as such short notice, I didnt book in anywhere so just spent the day sober and drove back in the queer hours.

Anyhoodly-doodle, in between events I managed 5 red bulls and 2 lucozades. Towards the end of the night, i felt an unbelievable urge to hit some guy i didnt like the look of (I didnt - otherwise id be posting in the scumbag thread).

I spent Sunday, still with alot of pent up frustration/energy and exhuberance that just would not go away. At least with an alcohol hangover, you can sleep/disprin it away but this one just would not feck off.

Its only this morning that i feel normal - ironically just after my coffee.

A world without alcohol...

according to this in an amount only 2/3 of what they're measuring redbull has 1/7 more caffeine in it.

it's awful sickly sweet muck. Just because it's not alcohol doesn't mean you can't over do it.

EDIT: 300 milligrams of caffeine in a short space of time is considered Caffeine intoxication, so you're 5 x 80mgs puts you at 400.

Ya, I get them after coke especially. I use coke to combat a alcohol hangover, so maybe try alcohol to combat a sugar hangover?
