Golf in Mallorca

I'm off on my hols to Alcudia in north Mallorca in a few weeks, and would like to squeeze in a round while I'm there. When I looked up the local golf club (Club de Golf Alcanadia) I was astonished to see green fees of €105! And a few miles down the road there is a nine hole course in Pollenca which charges €40 for nine holes and €70 to go around twice playing eighteen.
Are these prices typical of the whole island of Mallorca?. Whats peoples experience of golf in Mallorca? Any recommendations of other courses?

    cheers

golf must not be popular in Mallorca judging by the lack of replies, and perhaps not surprising if those prices are anything to go by.......

I was there last year but I stayed in Santa Ponsa. I checked the prices of a few courses around there before I went and they all seemed pricey so I did no more about it. I did walk up around one of them (The Santa Ponsa 1 I think) when I went there and it looked top class so I could see why that one was expensive. I think it held the Mallorca Open at some stage.
