Not quite clamped

    Sorry about the bad photo, but spotted this clamped car, with the clamp hanging nearly all the way off the wheel :pac:. You can see a feint yellow line, that's the clamp.

    I couldn't tell for sure but it looked like the driver could easily just take the clamp the rest of the way off and get away scot-free.

    It reminded me of a thread on Boards before about a guy finding an unlocked clamp on his car!

    either that or hes been driving around for the last 2 days with "vibrations coming from the steering column".
