improving your swing

Hi all. I've been playing for a number of years now and I now want to bring my game and swing to a new level. Having watched the open at the weekend you begin to look at the players swing in detail and everyone has individual things they do.

I'm looking for a book or some online tips for improvers rather than beginners. I want to be able to increase my swing / speed / accuracy / ability to spin / fade / draw they ball. Where would i get this sort of information???

to be honest, your best bet is to go for some lessons!!!

have to agree with the coment above. if your want to improve get leassons. these will be designed around you and your swing/ability

get a lesson or 3, check out some of the golf mags they usually include supplements by the likes of David Ledbetter, Butch harmon, etc on specific areas of play that are good, on-line resources like today's golfer http://www.todaysgolfer.co.uk/Golf/Improve-Your-Golf/ are good as well and have a good few video tutorials on everything from putting to driving and everything in between. good luck!!

Go get some lessons, but if you want a book there is none better than 'Five Lessons: The Modern Fundamentals of Golf' by Ben Hogan.

If your looking to increase swing speed. Tour Tempo by John Novosel. Worked for me. He looks at tour players swings which seems to be your thing at the moment.

I would still recomend lessons though. Preferably short game ones. Most valuable things i ever got
