Samsung Tocco Lite and Philips BD player

    Managed to get a FREE Tocco Lite on €15 bill pay with O2 and a FREE Philips BD player thrown in for FREE as well, at Carphone Warehouse:)
    On the O2 website the phone cost €89.00 I think for the same contract alone:confused:

    yes raycon this offer is in all carphone warehouses till at least the end of this month. cant say if the offer will still be there in august as it has been running for 3 months now.

    also its not just the tocco lite this offer is available with. theres about 6-7 phones including the 6303, and 6700 slide.

    Tried to get this today on the €15 contract but they said you can only get the blu-ray player free on the higher tariff contract!?

    I thought the deal I got was too good to be true! But yes I honestly got the Tocco and Blu Ray free, just for signing up to a €15 p/month contract for 18 months. I do know i also got the last Blu Ray in the Roscommon branch, i also higlhy recommend them there as they are VERY helpful!!

    Possibly, but I think she has worked there a while, ALSO the manager was also in on the conversation.

    yea its looking like it was a mistake on the sales consultants behalf but a good one in your case :), usually with those offers they start at the higher price points of about 50 a month upwards.

    Just rang 2 sperate Carphone Warehouse branches (City West and Clondalkin) - both said this offer didn't exist ...and that they would have NO Free phones on the O2 €15pm plan ...???
    The nearest equivalent was a 12month contract @ €20pm for 50mins / 50txts and you pick a Tocco Lite for Free or "some others" (but didn't specify the options) ..

    Raycon just to clarify, the 15 per month is an 18 month contract. this offer def exists. i've seen the poster many times in the shop. as i've said before though it mite be for the higher tarrifs and the OP was lucky to have gotten his free BluRay as a result of shop error.
