Cheap Last Minute Sun Holiday

Hi anyone know any good websites or travel agents that I would get a cheap Sun Holiday departing around the 7th or 8th August. Looking for something in or around €500 pp but every website Im looking at is telling me approx 700-800 pp. Used always go with Budget Travel but not sure if there are any good deals out there. Also hoping to head to Portugal.

Saw somewhere recently that ABTA cover applies only to UK flights and UK customer bookings. Can anybody clarify if that's the actual situation?
