I actually bought the concealer the other day and I quite like it! The foundation has a very limited colour range so you'd be lucky to find a colour there to match your skin methinks. I bought the lip balm also but I don't think its great.

If you're looking for a bargain foundation, I can honestly say that "Essence Stay all day" foundation is brilliant. I bought my second bottle of it today. Having shelled out on Clinique and MAC (which I found to be useless) in the past I wish I'd discovered this before. And the best part? It's only €3.50! :D

The concealer pen for under eyes is brilliant! I find it equally as good as YSL Touche Eclat.

I found the mascara to be dismal. After an hour it was all under my eyes and quite hard to remove. I don't like pulling at the skin under my eyes so it took a lot of massaging to get it off.

+1 for the concealer pen, it's brilliant.. I won't be shelling out €35 for YSL again while that's around :)

I use the foundation and find it great, I have fair skin and use the translucent shade. Haven't tried the powder yet but plan to when I run out of my current powder. Give the stuff a go anyway, they are not expensive and def worth a try.

Same here. The mascara is the only thing in their make-up range that I tried but it was enough to put me off the whole lot. I also bought a moisturiser and I thought it had a horrible smell.

I didn't find the foundation great, I found the colour quite grey. It also had an odd smell.

The mascara ain't great, really hard to remove.

I think Essence is probably the best bargain make-up around.

Another vote here, tried it and loved it!! No creasing and can actually cover dark circles and brill at hiding the odd blemish!

Tried the powder and the coverage, colour and last is the exact same as a Maybelline - Pure mineral loose powder I have. Only reason I picked up the Aldi one was cos I knew the colour was spot on, it holds throughout the day, doesn't smudge or clump up on my face as some other powders I have tried did. I don't wear foundation very often but I had to give the Aldi one a test run when I saw it lol

I tried their bronzer before and loved it .... its a large one with a big star in the middle:) it was quite pale (star is darker) but it really suited my skin as I find so many bronzers just make me look like ive been tangoed

Havent seen it in the shops since though.....
