Is loiterers making noise grounds for terminating a contract?

    So the situation is you've got teenagers making noise shouting and the like on a constant basis.

    Management company have been contacted, slow to reply and in the end failed to do anything. They did say they'd put up a sign to state residents etc.
    Although they done nothing.

    The place is being rented through an estate agent and I'm just wondering whether these are grounds to cancel agreement with them and tenant to be entitled to seek new place.

    Advise appreciated.
