    Hi guys,

    Iv a uk reg car, its a diesel july 2007. When did the tax rates change for the diesel cars??

    07 reg will be taxed on old cc based system.
    Vrt will be based on emissions.

    2008.

    AFAIK you can use the old or new rates for cars 1st registered in the first half of 2008 (dont know if this rule still applies), but 2007 is definitly subject to the old rates
