thermal paste for cpu?

    if i build a computer off harwareversand using their pc configurator and choose computer assembling(where they build it for me and then send it out) will they put thermal paste onto the cpu when theyre building it?

    A lot of boxed CPUs already have some paste already applied to the cooler.
