Aer Lingus Website

    It may not be the best forum for this query but I am having problems with the Aer Lingus website.

    I am trying to book some flights (multicity) and when I fill in all my details and press the button to move on to the next page to pay, it won't allow me to do so.

    I have checked a few times and I have made no errors with my information. Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong?

    You could phone Aer Lingus Help Desk or send them an email.

    Same thing happened to me a couple of months back. It was as if the Aer Lingus "time has expired" facility came into play too soon and stopped me completing the booking. Had to begin all over again - it was so annoying!

    I was about to give up when I tried using Firefox instead of Chrome and thankfully it worked. As a previous poster said though it's very annoying!
