Three officially announced the iPhone 4 following yesterday's press conference by Steve Jobs announcing the availlability of the iPhone 4 in Ireland on July 30th.

You can pre-register you interest on http://www.three.ie/iphone/.

Also, Having an iPhone 3Gs on Three for a few month now, I noticed a few new features today.

    - I received new carrier settings pushed by Three. Basically the iPhone has automatically all the data/MMS settings but the down side is that now Three blocks the fact that you can change. No more "Cellular Data Network >" settings.

    - Also under the Phone settings, a new option appeared "3 Ireland Services".
You have under that the voicemail number and also the Customer service number. The 3rd button is "Planet 3". Three is eventually preparing an iPhone specific Planet 3 page. Although this page is not yet available.
