I had one today and she popped and squeezed two small spots first thing. I have always been told this leads to scarring and avoided it and was really annoyed. The red marks left are more noticeable than the spots, and will probably just get infected. I have a few acne scars (not the ones like small holes, just flat white marks) already and don't want more. She said it wouldn't scar because they were small spots, but my spots were always very small and still scarred!

Is that a normal procedure?
