Id love to know too, I did crack my screen a couple of months back and had to go to fone menders in clondalkin Charged 80 or 100 within an hour. But it would be nice to know if anywhere around newbridge does repairs as well. Have a feeling I will prob drop it again ;)

There's a crowd called mobile phone specialists in newbridge. Very reputable, main vodafone repair center etc. About halfway down the back street iirc

They only send them to Dublin so what's the point,
I've had the screen out of my iPhone I've also replaced the camera just give it a go and see how easy it is

No, AFAIK they do most of their repairs themselves, having said that, it is fairly easy to d it yourself, plenty of youtube vids out there

This crowd are in Celbridge, you can drop it in yourself or you can get an estimate through their site and post it to them, they'll post it back to you then.

Saying that, looking at the site now, they're not doing any repairs till the 9th of August

I used this crowd before and have another iPhone with a broken screen and I'm getting that fixed with them. I took the phone over, 20 mins and it was like a new phone.

Top class service and well worth the money. They do postal service also but if you are in a hurry, call them and give them a hour notice or so and they will try and fit you in...

    all the best - M

What part of Kildare are you in. If near Newbridge i cannot recommend the place across the road from Anderson & leahy funeral home. They've replaced 3 screens for me on different occasions and have been most happy with the outcome.

I've nothing to do with the shop. Just a happy customer.

It cost me €70 to replace the screen of a sony experia play about 4 months ago. Would have cost €135 in the vodafone shop where i brought it. Before that it was about €50 to replace the screen on a nokia which would have been €90 anywhere else. As for an iphone I've no idea. I've never owned one.

What is the name of the place?. I've been racking my brain since I posted today trying to remember. All I can think is its the black place across from A&L funeral home.
