Gift from parents €100,000

What are the implications of sending a gift of €100,000 from Russia to Ireland? The gift would be parent-to-child gift (the child being permanently resident in Ireland, the parents being permanently resident in Russia). Are there tax liabilities, etc? Or is there a limit as to how much of a gift can be given?

You need to direct a question like that to an acaontant or the tax authorities.
