Monday Opens ??

    Hi folks,
    Anywhere nice have an open this Monday within 40mins of Lucan. Checked the GUI website nothing really taking my fancy. Might be some local knowledge from someone.

    I see Palmerstown house there anyone any idea of the price for the open singles ?

    Paid €60 for a Monday open last year. A bit much really, wouldn't pay it again to be honest.

    Monday open in Tullamore Golf Club, probably only an hour or so from Lucan and is a good challenge.

    Check out Slieve Russell, they have regular Monday Open competitions and you'll do well to get a Parkland Golf Course as good in the country. It's only about 30 minutes from the end of the new M3 Motorway.

    Open on in Mullingar today. About a 40 minute drive from Lucan

    Thanks lads, I went with Co Meath GC, although i had played it before it has come on an awful lot. Greens were lovely and overall course in great nick. Had 21 points in the pouring rain and as soon as the sun came out the scoring stopped ha ha
