Places to Play

    Hi lads,

I've looked for this and couldn't find it so if I'm posting a thread that already exists please correct me.

Where can a bunch of lads, say 4-6, go to play casually without having to pay? What I'm asking here, is where can one go to skirmish that isn't officially a skirmish site, to practice, get used to the sport. I'm also talking about places that it is legal to play.

I'm guessing if you march through the local woods with replicas pumping you might be in for some trouble?

My own particular interest is places in Cork, East Cork.

    Thanks all.

as above no there is no where to do that sort of thing legally.

its only 20 quid ish for a full days games that are generally organised well and more fun to play

there is 2 sites in cork ,
    cork airsoft club
rebel airsoft in bandon (if im right)

please dont go out into a wood or other private land and use aegs or any other airsofts (brandishing a RIF realistic imitation firearm in a public place is a serious offence) ,

20-25 euros for a day of gaming is a superb bargin ,

Don't think I've ever even heard of a site that would let you play for free, remember there has to be marshals, a first aider and someone in charge on-site to make sure things run smoothly so I'd say you'd have no chance of ever finding a site like that.

However your closest skirmish site is probably cork airsoft

    Forum here = http://www.corkairsoft.ie/forum/

Game dates and info are listed. And more imporntantly it's a great site!

Edit....Gatling got in there before me and I forgot to mention Rebel airsoft, never been though

There is actually 4 sites in Cork, Munster Airsoft have a CQB indoor site on the marina, and they have an outdoor site out Kinsale direction.

OP, Cork Airsoft (In Ballyvorney) have a skirmish on Sunday. Starts at half nineish, finishes at fiveish. 25 quid, includes lunch & bottled water etc, an extra 25 if you need to rent. No runners, you need boots with ankle support as the ground is very rough. It's always great to have more people to shoot at =)
