    Hi Laura
    Some nightmare isn't it!?
time's ticking on and we've only seen three places so far. it's hard to find a 2 bed flat in Drumcondra!
Initially it was meant to be four of us but two of the girls backed out, then I was going to look for myself cause it's much easier to find a room for one person than for two people but now there's two of us looking!
I was hoping to find two rooms in a house that someone already lives in cause I don't want to sign a lease, but that's proving hard to find as well! ahhhh!

oh do u not have 2 sign a lease if u move in with people? we live in waterford so haven gone lookin at places only on daft and let.ie or watever..really have 2 get lookin soon! have u seen anywher with 9 month leases, it seems impossible

yeah it'd be tricky going up and down from waterford to see places :( i don't think there's much worth talking about on any of the sites!
in my experience i've never had to sign a lease when i've moved in to a shared house, think the lease is just for when you are actually gonna let a house or flat from a landlord for a fixed time. and yeah, it's impossible to find a 9 month lease, think i've seen 2 places on daft that would take them but they weren't what we were looking for, typical! unless things might change nearer the Leaving results
