wordpress-forms to SqL?

    Hey guys

    I'm not sure if this is in the right section but just had a question,

    Any one here know the best way i can link the wordpress plugin CformsII to my SQL database on my site? just so when people fill in the forms on my wordpress site so that it goes direct to the database? i cant seem to find anything but i was looking at CformsII as it has an RSS feed option and then using and Rss2mysql script for that?

    I'm a beginner so any info or better solution would be usefull!
