Picture a girl forced into a marriage at 14.
A year later she is found guilty of "adultery" without any evidence.
They could not execute her as she was a minor so they gave her 99 lashes and then dumped her in a cell until she is 18.

When she turns 18 (soon), she gets stoned to death.

I am not defending it in ANY way - but I think your referring to someone in the article?
Its a public interest story about an 18 year old - not about the older woman linked to above by the way.
This poor girl (and her case) deserves all the publicity it can get.
God (or Allah) help her - no pun intended in any way.

You have a good point but if we ignore those posts and concentrate on the poor victim itself and expose the flaws in their case against her, lord knows every little bit of publicity might help.
The exposing of a (sad) farcical case possibly against her is better to be concentrated on and discussed.

Side note:
Heck, I welcome any Iranians to have a go at our own laws anyway. More publicity they help too to highlight our outdated stuff, the better.
Lord knows some of them are a joke too and need reforming for years now.
(Parental laws, single fathers rights, marriage laws, equality laws, etc)
