Medical readmission and reg fee

Can anyone help me out. I started final year of BESS last October. But had to withdraw in Jan on medical grounds. My tutor informed me that I qualify for free tuition fees. But Im just wondering, will I have to pay the reg fee this year

Yes if you're not entitled to a maintenance grant from your local authority.
