Scammed by a celebrity

I am involved in an animal rescue and over a year ago a "So Called" female comedian, who has been around since Adam was a boy, collected over €1600 from kind hearted people who were donating to help rescued dogs. So over a year later she still makes excuses and no sign of the money. What should we do? :mad:

First of all how do you know they collected €1600 and it wasn't less?

If they fail to give you the funds you could always name and shame or you can contact them and let them know you have a couple of interested reporters in your story who are keen to print.
