    Hey,
I'm taking 2 weeks holidays at the end of the month from a place i've been working in part time for the last 7 months, I'm entitled to 8 percent according to my contract, and have earned 4k in that time.
Thats around 350 euro accordin to my calculations, just wondering if that pay is for the 2 weeks or the 4 weeks im entitled to over the year??

thats not how it works you are entitled to 8% of the total number of hours worked its nothing to do with wages if you are taking two weeks holidays then you are entitled to whatever is your basis rate for the two weeks you have off
how many hours have you done so far this year in this employment then get 8% of that and thats how many hours your entitled to take holidays then divide that over how many hours you would work a day to see how many days your entitled to take off and multiply by your basic rate to see how much gross you will be getting

8% of your hours x hourly rate = 8% of total pay

You should expect the BASIC weekly pay for each week you’re on leave
