Yes I know it's a 3 Series, but this one looks to be fully specified and has that glorious three litre straight six: http://www.carzone.ie/search/201027198750476/advert?channel=CARS

It just proves how the more desirable a car is in our country, the cheaper it is.

Not an auto? For shame! :D

That seems like a lot of car for that money, all right....

You don't need an auto in a 3 Series. Keep that for the bigger cars.;)

Yeah you do, the kind of person who'd buy that has likely got manual gearboxes out of their system! Spec is a bit bare too, i'd be wanting my xenons, power seats, and high-end stereo. And that's (IMO) the problem with that car - it's neither fish nor fowl. It does have a sleeper look to it though, which I like a lot.

How do people expect to sell a car without any photos of the interior?

+1, that's a pet hate of mine. If you're not going to post pictures of the interior, you might as well not bother putting up any pictures at all.

This car was for sale the last year, same pictures.

I recon it was difficult enough to sell a 3L petrol, automatic, green, SE specs, before the recession, so during the recession...so now she is back.

Still nice car for the money, but obviously service history will need to be checked out.

Colour is rotten, other than that stripped out would be a great track car, better than an M3 I'd say with the better MPG.. wakes up.

Not really the same league as a M3...

Never said it was, but as a track car would be better, if you wanted more laps ! :D

Does nothing for me looks wise tbh, green se spec std looking 8 yr old 3 series. If a car does'nt look the piece imo its not worth the money. Would sooner have a mint e36 M3

Wouldn't be me at all, i.e. if I was going for a 3 series of that size I would want a coupe or an M3. Still, a lot of motor for less than €5k! It's in a bracket that will appeal to few in this country unfortunately - might be better off exporting to a RHD country that have more lax motor tax.

Exactly first thing that springs to mind in the current climate TAX TAX AND TAX.

I'd say that's a very common outlook in this country - if it was a 318Ci with an MPack it'd fly out the door.
