Hi All . Can any of you guys recommend an arcitect or arcitecturual technician in Donegal that you have had a good experience with.I am looking for someone that is a good listener, easy to work with and more importantly has good ideas and comes up with bespoke designs as opposed to ammending ones that he/she has already done. Someone that is good at gaining the most from smaller floor areas as oppossed to mcmansion designs. And one other thing, someone that is not overly expensive.I am lucky enough to have a very good site overlooking the beach/sea (south facing),so looking to maximise the views and solar gains.

Please send details by PM only.

Arch-tecs , please feel free to contact me also.

    Many thanks.

Lucky me. nothing stopping you from recommending your fellow professionals though. Thinking some more about it, I forgot to mention that I am looking for someone that is good at designing for efficency also.

Hi Guys, still looking for an architect. Had one lined up, but she had to pull out due to health reasons. Would be grateful for any recommendations and if any architects on here would like to pm me,please feel free. Would like to get building next year. Have planning already, but the house at 240sqm is too big for our needs and budget, plus I'm not overly keen on the design now. Muffler, I'm sure you wouldn't fleece me,haha?
