I have a 2000 BMW 328Ci E46 with about 88k miles, leather seats, air con..
Very good condition, just passed NCT, low average mileage. Need to sell it to emmigrate.
What should I accept for it if selling to a dealer (any dealer not just BMW)? Dont want the hasstle of a private sale.

    Any advice appreciated.

If its in good nick it should get a good bit more than 2k I would have thought, but I think the issue would be the tax on it.

Is in very good condition. One dealer got back to me with a quote of €1500 which I thought was a little low. Was thinking 2 - 3k but I guess the issue they see is being able to sell it on! Thanks guys

In this market i was going to say 1500 to 2000 ... a 10 year old large engined car is worth feck all, dealer dont want it as be very hard to sell on for a reasonable price.. I think u where lucky to get a quote of 1500 out of a dealer

the only way your going to sell that is to register it to the north and sell it there.no1 is going to pay for tax thats more than 75 percent of what the cars worth.
