    Hi folks,

I have a few simple questions regarding a company I want to register.

Now the main problem I am worried about is the fact that I am an irish cirtizen living in the UK and was wondering if I could still register an Irish company and domain name and have my contact address as being over here?

The same also goes with the likes of bank accounts and all the finnickity things that go with setting all of this up.

I am kind of new to all this so any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers in advance!
    Dave

    Hi

I believe the registered office has to be in Ireland.

Go and check out a virtual office if necessay.

    Kind Regards

IIRC one of the directors must be resident here and the registered address must also be here. Speak to Geri in http://getregistered.ie/ and she'll discuss your options.

    Hi

No longer the case. One of the directors must be resident in the EU or European Economic Area.

    Kind Regards

I think ICC are cheaper for company formations. Go to www.iccinformation.ie

€199 incl Vat as opposed to €282 + Vat.

Having been on the phone to Geri just a short time ago, I'd happily give a +1 to that.

Friendly, honest and knowledgeable advice from start to finish.
