hi... not sure if anyone can advise

If you birth mother is not well enough to look after you and subsuquently dies and you are adopted by her sister ( your aunt ) and some time later the owner of the family home (mother and aunts father, your grandfather ) dies, is the son/daughter of the birth mother who could not look after the child intilted to her portion of the house, or is the fact that she was adopted cancel this???
