Hi all, What happens if someone is due to be summoned to court for a road traffic offense but doesn't receive the papers because of change of address? Garda was notified of the new address but never sent anything to it.

Case either proceeded in their absence or was adjourned.

Contact Garda involved or relevant District Court office to find out.
