    does anybody know what would happen if you caught a female magpie or grey crow that was full of eggs and then used as the call bird?
    would they just lay the eggs in the trap or would they try hold them in, in the hope they would escape back to their nest and in doing so die?

    they,l only produce and lay 1 egg every day or so, and if stressed, i dont think she,l lay at all
