    Hi all,
Just getting into photography and i have a basic compact digital camera. can someone tell me if there is free software available that allows me to create a single panoramic photo from a series of individual photos?
I downloaded a trial version of ptgui but that imprints "trial" on the panoramic image. was hoping to get something that doesnt do this so I can at least start to print and frame some nice landscapes.

apologies if this has already been answered or if this is in the wrong place

    Appreciate any pointers.

There are a good few as far as I know. This one would be a good option: http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/redmond/groups/ivm/ICE/

    Autostitch FTW.

    Linky

It's v simple, fast and although you download a 'trial' it hasnt got restrictions.

Thanks very much daycent and zoegh.

Autostitch is childsplay, to get a good image you need to go into edit, options and change the jpeg quality from 75 to 100.

does the job well so I'll try out a few images, thanks again
