What are my rights?

I have worked for this particular employer since september 09 in a retail shop, paid €9 and hour, over that time I have worked 41.5hrs a week standard and gotten paid for 36.5 hrs. That 5 hrs is deducted from my wages for "lunch" but I'm not allowed a lunch, he gave out to me about closing the shop for the hour on a few occasions.

I have also worked overtime on weekends and have worked 27 consecutive days straight with no breaks and no extra to my wages or holiday hours.

Recently the shop closed down to be relocated.

It is opening back up soon and he decided to let me work again, even though I'm not keen on the conditions again, considering for the last few weeks of business of the shop I had completely lost interest in working in the place, run down, overworked, underpaid, no toilet facilities and no breaks even though I don't get paid for them.

New shop location is opening this weekend, my Hours 41.5 a week, I can't wait until I find something better as I have a daughter to look after and a lot of bills.

Was talking to him today and he quotes "I want the place open early, kept clean and tidy and no breaks, close the shop for 2 minutes if you have to go to the toilet."

Is there anybody in particular I can consult or talk to about my problem?

There's a good chance I'll lose my job if I complain again as he has no problem with hiring someone else in order to keep the shop open constantly and that isn't just for someone to come in for an hour so I can take the break and I would walk out only for I have too much to look after.

    Any views? Recommendations?
