    does anybody no of a good self defense club in tallaght im pushing 30:mad: and unfit id like to take it up as a way to get fit but am i to old

    we run the First Defence Academy and we adult classes in Firhouse Sports and Community Center. Training is based on Silat and Eskrima / Kali and covers all ranges and weapon defences. Classes are fun, exciting and easy to learn, you get more info on the blog if you like to have a go or any questions let me know.
