Right so I was rearended last week sitting at a traffic lights and some car failed to break and ploughed into the back of me. Assessor is looking at car tomorrow so hopefully that will be sorted out soon.

Thing is my shoulder and neck are suffering from a burning pain in the muscle. I dont think it is whiplash because it is only one side. I've been to the doc and A&E now and both place said movement in neck and arm as good so should be no problem, but its bloodly killing me! I work in an office so its kind of ok as in I dont need to take time off for what I do (left shoulder hurt/I am right handed) I cant pick up my kid because it sends sharp pain to the joint etc.

How would I stand is I was to persure a personnel injury claim should this not improve? Could I actually prersure one are like I mentioned I have good movement still, only restricted by pain etc.

You should really see a solicitor about this. On its face you may have a case.

Soft tissue injuries like that can take a long time to clear up.

As already advised see your solicitor. There are certain time limits to be watched.
