There's a great return outa money trees if you can get your hands on them :D:D:D

But seriously, how much land is a couple of acres - 3 or 30????? Is the land in grass and is it suitable for growing crops?? Do you have any experience of farming - ie are you looking for something that you can put work into in order to get a return or do you just want a return from the land without having to put time and work into it (an example would be forestry) ??

well id be talking 4 acres maybe. have some experience of the land. it would be under grass at the moment. wouldnt mind putting in the work as long as id get a decent return out of it.

What part of the country are you in? What you can grow depends on soil type? Lots of comedians on here you know....
Trees are almost labour free after you plant them and you could make 6-800e a yr. If its good land its a bit of a waste putting sitka on it.
What about fruit would you have any interest in that?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
