    Is there any parking for a Motorhome near Eyre Square in Galway. Going to a wedding and no parking suitable at the Hotel.

    Hi there
    When we are in Galway we park up at the harbor, on right hand side ,there you have electricity and water for the motorhome , there are plenty of parking but there are only 6 places were you can avail of the electricty and water , it cost 3 euro after 7pm untill 8am inc services, out side this you will pay 1.80 euro per hour,

    Unfortunately we need parking from approx. 3pm in the afternoon until the next day. Do you know how many hours you can get from parking meter at one time to park there, during the day. Thanks.

    Which hotel is it?

    There is plenty of parking out at Salthill promenade. 15 min walk into the centre of town from there.

    Alternatively the Cathedral carpark has a day rate and is pretty much in the centre of town (unless they are using it for something in the Arts Festival).
