087 call centre number?

hi all, daughter has samsung jade b3310 prepay she messed up the settings and it won't allow her to send text but she can send mms. from messing with it myself it appears she deleted part of the call centre number. i might aswell ask fidel castro about it as vodafone tech sup were f***king useless. Any ideas?
