    Guys thinking of getting a 00-02 Pajero Sport, anything i should be looking out for?

    Slow, uncomfortable, loud, thirsty and have a tendancy to turn turtle.

    Do you really need one? You might want one now, but try living with one.

    Had one in 06 for 9 months / 25,000km. Great for sliding the back end around roundabouts, pretty pants at anything else road based.

    No a pajero per see but i'm going to need something with decent off road capability and they seemed to fit the bill...

    If it's going to be used a lot off road, it's probably not a bad choice.

    Mine never went further off road than Bettystown beach, but we did have a good few out with engineers that looked after mobile phone repeaters, and some of them are in pretty hard to reach places.

    Discovery of a similar vintage would be another option?
