hope yer all well

i am looking to get a sim that has fixed call rates across the world, and does not have roaming charges.

i have found a company called maxroam: maxroam.ie

but they appear v expensive, not far off the cost of the roaming charges with meteor say.

can anyone recommend a good cheap roaming company, that offers this service, and where the call credit in the account NEVER expires?

i am not pushed if it is an estonian mobile number they give me or whatever, the sim will be purely used for outgoing calls.
