    No, it's complete nonsense.

They're basically engaging in civil disobedience and then attempting to claim that they have somehow beaten the system.

The quality of the video is too poor to see what is actually going rather than relying on the clearly biased narrator.

It's a quo warranto type point.

I don't know enough of the magistrate court's jurisdiction (whether under statute or constitutional) to comment on whether there is any foundation to what is being done here.

You're very certain aren't you? Do you even understand the concepts of Freeman on the Land and Admiralty Law?

OP, I'm no expert in this area but I understand the arguments being made.

Here is a video clip that will give you some idea of what he is arguing, in terms of the 'legal fiction/artificial person' and 'natural person'.

The more I read around it, the more it sounds like conspiracy theories. Has anyone on this forum come across these people before? Can you summarise their beliefs?

The link in my previous post summarises the argument.

On a side-note, I'm curious as to why you speak so slightingly of conspiracy theories. Blind indifference has often paved the way for atrocities. As the old proverb goes, "he who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; he who does not ask a question remains a fool forever".
